    Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County Remembrance Walk

    WHAT:
    Walk in honor or in memory of a loved one. Awards will be presented to the team and individual     who raises the most money. Shirts will be available for pick up on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 3230 N. County Rd 25A, Troy, Ohio 45373

    WHEN:
    Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021
    Registration opens at 9 am.
    Walk begins at 10 am.

    Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County patient care and services.

    PRICING:
    Individual Walker age 12 or older: $20
    Veteran Walker or active service member: $15
    Youth walker under age 12: $10
    Memory Walk sign (one name per sign please) : $15  

    DETAILS:
    • Your purchased Memory Walk sign will be displayed along the main entrance of the Hospice House.
    • Awards will be given to the top team and individual who raise the most money.
    • Must register by Friday, October 15, 2021, to guarantee an event t-shirt.
